What video lengths are supported?

Videos under 10 minutes work best. Longer videos can take more time to process.

How accurate is the transcription?

It can mishear details or quantities, so give it a quick check before cooking — especially allergens, temperatures, and timing.

Does it work with private or deleted videos?

No. Only publicly available videos can be processed.

Do my recipes stay if I cancel?

Yes. Your saved recipes, shopping lists, and cook mode remain available after cancellation or downgrade. Account deletion is a separate request.

Does my free recipe allowance renew?

No. Each verified account includes five completed recipes in total. After you use that allowance, your saved recipes stay available. On the web, Standard is $3/month or $29/year for 30 completed recipes each month; Ultra is $9/month or $89/year for 100 each month. Yearly plans include 12 monthly allowances.

What happens when I use my paid allowance?

There are no automatic overage charges. Your allowance resets each month, including on yearly plans. You can keep cooking from saved recipes while you wait.

When does a recipe count toward my allowance?

Only completed recipes count toward your allowance. Processing temporarily reserves a slot; if extraction fails, that slot is returned automatically.
